Original Gatsby in 14k white gold with 1.00 carat, D, VVS2 lab diamond center and all natural diamonds surrounding. It is possible to upgrade to a natural diamond center, please inquire here. Currently a size 6.25. Without a resize, will ship within 2 business days.
