Oversized Ophelia in 14k white gold with lab-made 9mm deep pink sapphire heart cut center, diamond inner halo, white sapphires surrounding, vintage detailing with one diamond each side on the shank. Currently a size 9.5 Without a resize, will ship within 2 business days.
