1 carat version of the Hexagon set east/west in 14k yellow gold with vintage detailing on the shank; 1.00 carat center, F, VS2 lab round brilliant cut diamond center and all natural diamonds surrounding. It is possible to upgrade to a natural diamond center, please inquire here. Currently a size 6.5. Without a resize, will ship within 2 business days.
