Juliet design white gold with .90 carat lab diamond D, VVS2 center stone and natural diamonds surrounding. It is possible to upgrade to a natural diamond center, please inquire here. Currently a size 6. Without a resize, will ship within 2 business days. 

If needed, resizing is possible: please indicate finger size at checkout and allow 7 business days for shipping.
