Octagon with mixed metals, white gold with rose inner halo. 1.16 carat lab diamond F, VS1 center stone, pink sapphire inner halo, natural diamonds surrounding, diamonds on 3/4 shank. It is possible to upgrade to a natural diamond center, please inquire here. Currently a size 4. Without a resize, will ship within 2 business days. 

If needed, resizing is possible: please indicate finger size at checkout and allow 7 business days for shipping.
