A custom Oval Gatsby Petite with no inner halo in 14k yellow gold, with a 6x8mm lab made chatham Paraiba tourmaline center, white sapphires surrounding. Measures 14.2mm prong to prong. Currently a size 4.5. Without a resize, will ship within 2 business days.
